Vine Grove boasts several new subdivisions: Avery Estates, Creekvale Section 3, Highland Springs, Honeysuckle Estates, Mountain View Estates and Vineland Park. All are under various stages of development. These subdivisions, when complete, will offer approximately 590 single-family homes, as well as 55 town homes. Other projects are currently in the planning stages.
